** Members-in-training and Non-members-in-training must email a PDF of a letter on the official letterhead of the Program Director dated not earlier than the date of registration confirming their current training status as a student, resident or a fellow to secretariat@isoo2024.com within 3 working days upon completing the online registration process. The status must be valid at least until November 30, 2024. Inaccurate representation of the training status and payment of an incorrect registration fee found on verification will result in levy of the deficit amount.

Taxes
Registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellation requests received up to September 15, 2024
  • 50% refund for cancellation requests received until October 15, 2024
  • No refund requests shall be accepted after October 16, 2024
  • Refund shall be processed by December 31, 2024
  • The credit would take up to 60 days to appear in your bank account/credit card.
  • Transaction charges will be deducted.
